Director
Steff is Southern & West’s Co-Owner and Senior Manager, bringing 21 years of Estate Agency Experience both in the UK and abroad. She has a good knowledge of all the legal aspects associated with letting your property along with having a strong background in lettings and property management.
Steff has been with Southern & West since 2011 and she oversees both the lettings and property management sections. She has adopted a friendly, practical and professional approach in her dealings with new and long standing clients and staff. Leading the Company Steff is very hands on and is always refreshing office procedures to benefit clients and staff alike.
Steff likes to keep fit when away from the office as well as spending time outdoors and with her cats.
Evie Newman
Property Negotiator
Evie has recently joined the team as a Property Negotiator, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a real flair for connecting with both tenants and landlords. She loves getting out to showcase properties and thrives on helping clients discover a place they can truly call home. Friendly, approachable, and a natural communicator, Evie draws on her experience in lettings and customer-focused roles to deliver a smooth and enjoyable experience every step of the way.
When she’s not matching people with their perfect property, Evie enjoys making the most of her free time with friends and family.
Ronnie
Photocopier Executive
Ronnie is in charge of all the photocopying and scanning in the office. In his spare time he enjoys eating Dreamies and sitting in the bathroom sink.
Reggie
Client Schmoozer
Reggie is in charge of getting attention from any clients entering our office. His job role includes allowing strokes and generally demanding attention. In his spare time he enjoys scratching the sofa and waking up the owners at 5am for breakfast and cuddles.
Teddy
Security
Teddy is an essential part of the team providing us with the highest form of security. Once you have been granted access to the office, he enjoys receiving fuss and strokes. In his spare time he enjoys playing fetch and eating treats.
